New Features: Media Uploads and User Galleries

This feature has been in the works for over a good year now, and I finally got the system working properly where I can allow it. What feature you ask? Well the ability for all users to upload fan art (that you drew), screenshots (that you have taken) and wallpapers (that you made). All the uploads will reside in the main media gallery for maximum exposure. On top of that, all user profiles now have a "media gallery" showing off everything that you uploaded. For example, look at my profile:

You can view the users gallery by clicking the "Gallery" button on their profile. Right now you can upload art, but may have future plans to allow videos (similar to the beta replay upload feature). All uploads must be approved by me, so please only upload stuff that's yours and that you want others to see (cause I do have to pay for the storage :P). I hope you guys enjoy it as more is to come!
