New Protoss Macro Mechanic?

On their official StarCraft Twitter page, Blizzard has just revealed a piece of information of some importance:

The #StarCraft2 balance team is experimenting with new protoss macro mechanics.


What these macro mechanics are and what will become of the current Obelisk mechanic is unknown at this time. If any new information comes up, the news post will be updated.
