Friendly Starcraft 2 tournament at Blizzcon 2009

Psyonic_Reaver a Starcraft commentator over at SC2GG has started a teamliquid.net trend looking for signups for a friendly SC2 tournament at BlizzCon 2009.

Seems like a fun tourney to take a part in if you are coming to the event, I just signed up so did my brother Mr.Pibbs who will be joining me at this years BlizzCon.

This tournament will be for fun and will follow this format: We'll do Bo1 for the first several rounds into a Bo3 for quarter/semi's and Bo5 for Finals.

I'll make sure people have time to actually play the game and still be able to do things. Blizzcon is two days and we can split the tournament up. Maybe we'll do all the Bo1's and Quarters Friday and then the Semi's and Finals on Saturday.

Not sure how this tournament will be organized once we all arrive, fans at BlizzCon lineup to get a chance to play Starcraft 2 with 20 minute limits last year. Only if you were press could you cut the line and play longer. Oh wellz if you guys will be there signup on teamliquid by sending Psyonic_Reaver a PM.
