Collection open, Guide updated

It has been quite a while since the Collection has been in use. It was disabled because users were not following the guidelines so we had to close it and clean it up. But now it has been reopened and you are welcome to submit your ideas (as long as it follows the rules below).

If you are not familiar with the Collection, the Collection as a grouping of ideas, questions, petitions etc that are forwarded to Blizzard. All users can vote either yes or no on the topic and show their support for it.

Game Guide
Ive finally found some time to update the Game Guide. Its been about 1-2 months outdated so ive tried my best to update it to its current state (many things may still be outdated/missing). The following changes have been made:

- Removed Medic and Dropship
- Added the Medivac Dropship
- Fixed errors on Reapers page
- Removed Drop Pods from the Ghost
- Added Power Radar to the Ghost
- Moved the Viking to the Starport
- Moved the Thor to the Factory
- Added Flak Cannons to the Thor
- Fixed Barracks, Factory and Starport tooltips
- Readded the Radar Tower
- Added Transport to the Phase Prism
